This Shipping & Logistics Policy explains how Akshar Global Trade manages global shipments. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Overview

  • White Onion Powder
  • Red Onion Powder
  • Banana Powder

Shipments are handled via global freight partners using Air, Sea, or Courier methods.

2. Shipping Methods

Air Route: 25–500 kg | 5–12 days

Sea Route: 500 kg – 5 MT+ | 18–45 days

3. Incoterms (Shipping Terms)

Shipping responsibilities and risk transfer depend on mutually agreed INCOTERMS.

Farmora Exports commonly offers:

  • EXW – Ex Works (Lowest cost)
    Buyer arranges pickup and all logistics.
    Risk transfers at our warehouse/processing facility.
  • FOB – Free on Board (Recommended)
    We handle:
    • Inland transport to port
    • Export clearance
    • Loading on vessel
    Buyer handles:
    • Freight
    • Insurance
    • Destination port charges
    • Customs & delivery
  • CIF – Cost, Insurance & Freight (Popular)
    We manage:
    • Freight booking
    • Marine insurance
    • Port delivery
    Buyer handles:
    • Destination port charges
    • Customs clearance
    • Last-mile delivery

INCOTERMS are confirmed in the Proforma Invoice (PI).

4. Export Documents

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Shipping Bill
  • COA
  • Certificates (As per Buyer's Requirement)

5. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: 5-10 days
  • Packaging: 3-7 days
  • Documentation: 1–3 days

6. Quality Control

Each batch is tested for moisture, purity, color, and microbial standards before dispatch.

7. Packaging

  • 1kg / 5kg / 25kg packaging
  • Moisture-proof bags
  • HDPE drums
  • Customize Packaging as per Buyer's Requirement

8. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must handle import duties, customs clearance, permits, and local compliance.

9. Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, port issues, or logistics disruptions.

10. Tracking

AWB / BL and tracking links will be shared after shipment dispatch.

11. Damage / Loss

CIF: Insurance claim supported
FOB/EXW: Buyer responsibility

12. Samples

Samples (1–5 kg) are prepaid, non-refundable, and shipped via courier.

13. Address Accuracy

Buyer must provide correct shipping and consignee details.

14. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated anytime. Latest version will always apply.
